What a sweet little Christmas season we’ve had. Caroline got the kind of attention only a first-child/first-grandchild-on-both-sides can garner. Clint has been off from the fire department since Christmas Eve. We’ve slept in, drunk hot chocolate, and played in the snow.
We’re going out for a steak dinner date night with friends tonight to celebrate the new year, and then it’s right back into the normal routine.
If you’re a lady who loves Jesus and is involved in the online world through blogging, small business, or social media, tomorrow is a gigantically exciting day! The Influence Network is launching, and it’s going to be a rich community for fostering Gospel-spreading, life-giving online lives. This “online thing” isn’t a weird side item for our generation; it’s the way we do life, and we need to ensure we’re utilizing it for God’s glory. Plus, the girls involved in this project are just the best, and they have been pouring their heart into this for many months now. Join us tomorrow and start 2013 with some excitement!

Caroline is too cute. Evie is the first grandbaby on both sides of our family too, and it is funny how all the adults can just sit and play with her indefinitely
